* “Couple” refers to couples or individuals browsing the Website or completing the application form on our site to marry via Zoom call and obtain a marriage certificate from the respective County office.

* “Content” encompasses text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, information, or other materials.

* “User Content” includes all Content posted, uploaded, published, submitted, or transmitted by a user for availability on our website. The official language of these terms is English. Headings and sub-headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation

ELIGIBILITY

The Site is restricted to individuals incapable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. You cannot use our services if you are not of legal marriage age, as required in the United States of America.

SERVICES

To utilize our services, you must complete the Application Form, including uploading headshot pictures and personal information.

Upon receiving your Application Form, we will provide a Marriage Certificate and/or License, enabling your participation in the wedding Ceremony.

You must have two witnesses above 18 years of age present via Zoom or GoogleMeet video call during the ceremony, regardless of their location.

The officiant will verify the couple’s ID and the witnesses’ age and identity. The ceremony follows a standard script fulfilling state legal requirements.

After the ceremony, we will register your wedding with the county officiant and provide a digitally certified copy of your marriage certificate. Physical copies will be delivered based on your location.

The marriage ceremony must occur within 30 days of receiving the marriage license. If not, a new license will be issued for another 30-day period.

We can only approximate the delivery date of the physical marriage certificate and, therefore, do not guarantee its exact date. However, we will ship them within 5 days of receipt, with delivery time depending on the shipping company

PAYMENTS

• Payments are made via Payex, Credit card, PayPal, and Crypto, quoted in US Dollars.

• Our website uses third-party payment providers, and we are not responsible for transaction delays or errors.

• We reserve the right to refuse transactions from users with a history of questionable charges or breaches.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from transaction delays beyond our control or exceeding preset limits.

REFUNDS

Partial refunds are available if requested after the marriage certificate and license issuance but before the ceremony. No refunds are given once the ceremony is completed or scheduled

YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM

• To use our services lawfully and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• To provide accurate information when requested, with validation by us.

• To use the service at your sole risk and with prudence.

• Our responsibility is limited to registering marriages in the United States of America.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the modifications, discontinuation of use is necessary.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK

We reserve all intellectual property rights on the website’s content. Unauthorized use is prohibited without our permission.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your actions, inactions, breach of warranties, or violation of laws.
